Common Issues & Solutions
- Payment Questions: Confirm payment method with the sender before pickup. If there’s a dispute, contact support for mediation.
- Parcel Issues: If a parcel is missing or damaged, document the issue and notify both the sender and support immediately.
- Trip Changes: If your plans change, update your trip details in the app and notify any affected senders as soon as possible.
